Ahhh! Taylor received the first dress that she designed through PTC! Because this is such a learning experience for me, too, I think I’ve been just as eager about it arriving as she has been. Will she like it? Will she hate it?

In my last discovery post, I designed my first dress. I have been filled with a lot of anticipation and excitement to see how it turned out.
I got my dress today!
I grabbed the package from the mail and ripped it open.
I absolutely loved the packaging!
Not only is the outside super cute, but the inside also has a few “bonus” items that make the experience more magical (like jumbo 7confetti, a sticker, a magic code for 10% off my next order, and a little dinosaur finger puppet thing).
Everything feels so personal and customized. I really appreciate that!
I ordered a dress and a matching add-on scrunchie.
The accuracy from what I designed to what was printed was unreal.
I held up my drawing, looking for differences, but I couldn’t find any. Even the colors matched up beautifully!
The dress is incredibly soft and true to size (I ordered my normal size just like the website recommended!)
I had pretty high expectations based on all the examples I have seen, and to be honest, what I received completely exceeded those expectations.
I dragged my family to the nearest park and took a picture in it.
I think it is kind of poetic that I took this picture on a beautiful blue-sky day (because days like this inspired my design)!
This dress really is amazing! I cannot wait to wear it around and showcase my imagination!

P.S., If you sign the “Designed by” line on the paper template, it gets printed under the hem in your own handwriting! 🤯
P.S.S., The wash and care instructions are under there, too! No tags to rip out. 🤣
